About The Lipolytic Slimming Program
Lipolytic Diet and Ketogenic diet plans:
Although it follows the basic principles of and is categorized as a Ketogenic (Keto), the Lipolytic Diet is different from other diets in this category. The most noticeable difference is that the one includes injections or drops, but there are other subtle differences between the two, as well. Discover the key differences between the Lipolytic and Keto diets below:
Similarities Between the Lipolytic Diet and Keto Diet
First, like the Ketogenic diet, the Lipolytic diet is a low-carb diet designed to increase energy and weight loss. Keto diets use the body’s fat as a source of energy, meaning your body burns more fat in a shorter amount of time. On the Lipolytic diet program , the injection/oral drops is a unique and necessary addition that helps the diet meet its goal – the same as every other keto plan – forcing the body into ketosis. Deprivation of carbohydrates forces the body into this harmless natural process, where the body breaks down fats in the liver and produces ketones. This results in stabilized hunger, increased weight loss, blood sugar control, lowered blood pressure and cholesterol, and increased mental performance. Although, the Lipolytic diet brings about ketosis, it’s still very different from the traditional low-carb diet.
Differences Between the Lipolytic and Keto Diet
The key differences between the Lipolytic and Keto diets include:
- The Lipolytic Diet Requires Injections or Drops
The injection/oral drops is used to regulate metabolism and enhance weight loss and physical performance. During the diet, injections or liquid drops help control the appetite and optimize weight loss.
- The Lipolytic Diet is a Low-Calorie Diet
The Ketogenic diet is low-carb, but there’s no set amount for caloric intake. In fact, there are no rules for the number of calories an individual on the keto diet can consume each day. Essentially, a dieter can eat as much as they want, but metabolism stabilization will help control the appetite. On the other hand, the Lipolytic diet is a low calorie diet. Because of the addition of the injections/oral drops, dieters only need very few calories per day. Plus, the low number of calories makes the plan more successful at providing large amounts of fat loss in a short period of time.
- The Lipolytic Diet is a Low-Fat Diet
Another major difference between Liploytic diet and the Keto diet is that the Lipolytic diet is low fat. The ketogenic diet is extremely high fat. In fact, 70% of the diet is made up of fats, including high-fat meats, dairy, vegetables and oils. This is because the diet relies on ketosis to use that fat and help the body burn it off quickly.
On the other hand, the Lipolytic diet is low-fat, with the dominating principle of removing as much fat from the diet as possible, allowing the body to use the fat in its fat stores. Fat stored in the belly, buttocks and thighs is used up, targeting and getting rid of fat specifically in those areas. The low-fat diet helps make the fat-burning process faster and more effective, so dieters have the opportunity to lose more weight during the plan.

I really wanted to share this for anyone that is feeling down and battling with the winter blues.
