Ingredients

  • 100 g small shrimp
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons onion, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • Onion powder, to taste

  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Additional water
