Garlic & Rosemary Veal

Tender veal infused with the bold flavours of garlic, fresh rosemary, zesty lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar. Ingredients

  • 100 g veal
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 sprig rosemary, chopped
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions

Combine all ingredients and put in a zip lock bag to marinate for at least 4 hours. When you are ready to cook, pour out the veal and marinade in a non-stick pan. Cook on high heat until cooked through. Pour the remaining sauce on top of the veal and serve. You may top with additional salt & pepper.
