Curry Shrimp

A flavourful and aromatic dish, Curry Shrimp features tender shrimp sautéed with chopped onions, garlic paste, and a warming blend of curry powder and cumin. Simmered gently with a splash of water, this quick and savoury meal is perfectly seasoned with salt and pepper for a simple yet satisfying bite.

Ingredients

  • 100 g shrimp
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste (3-4 cloves, minced)
  • 1/8 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions

Preheat a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until they are translucent. Add shrimp, seasonings and water. Mix and stir fry until cooked through.
